Perfekt avslutning på mitt Teneriffa-besök. Modernt, rymligt boende med högsta klass.Jag använde endast ett sovrum, men här finns plats för fler. Fint med ett helt kök med matplats. 가까운 편이며(트램이 운행됨) 가리치코까지 렌트차량으로 운전해서 약 45분 정도 소요되고, 산타크루즈 데 페네리페와는 25분 정도에 갈 수 있었던 것 같습니다. 체크인 시간이 오전 9시에서 오후 2시까지만 이므로(메일로 확인하라고 보내줌) 이 시간대 이후에 오게 되면 미리 호텔에 전화해서 체크인 시간을 확인해야 합니다. 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

El mejor hotel en el que he estado, un hogar

Quedarnos en este hotel fue la mejor elección que hicimos en nuestro reciente viaje a Tenerife. Se trata de una preciosa casa histórica con cuatro habitaciones en perfecto estado. Lo primero que quiero destacar es la amabilidad del personal, que en todo momento hizo todo lo posible para que estuvieramos como en casa además de darnos toda la información sobre posibles visitas en la isla, también nos sorprendieron regalandonos una botella de vino el último día. En cuanto a las habitaciones, nos sorprendió lo enormes que era, realmente es un piso, con un salón, dos habitaciones, un baño y hasta cocina. La cama de matrimonio, enorme (unos 3 metros) y cómoda. Y el baño está totalmente reformado como todo el piso. Su ubicación es otro de sus puntos fuertes, en la calle más bonita de esta localidad, epicentro de casas históricas y coloniales y desde donde se puede llegar andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad así como restaurantes y bares. Si volvemos a Tenerife tenemos claro que volverá a ser nuestro hogar durante unos días.

Aunque hubo una confusión entre Expedia y el establecimiento, la atención allí fue esmeradísim e hicieron todo lo osible porque nos sintiésemos cómodos y subsanar cualquier inconveniente. Es muy tranquilo, muy céntrico, cómodo y limpísimo.

Trato indigno de 5 estrellas

Hice una reserva de 3 noches por medio de hoteles.com. Llamé por casualidad el mismo día que iba, para avisar de que debido al vuelo llegaríamos tarde, y me dijeron que sintiéndolo mucho, no había disponibilidad para el total de la estancia reservada, sólo para la primera noche. Tuve que buscar otro hotel con tan solo unas horas de antelación, y sin más explicación, echaron la culpa a la página intermediaria. Intentaron arreglarlo ofreciéndonos una copa a las 11 de la noche (y eso que ibamos con un niño de 4 años agotado). Al día siguiente, lejos de resolvernos el problema, nos querían cobrar más de lo que costaba la habitación esa primera noche (que era inferior a la parte proporcional de la totalidad de la reserva). Aún no sé si realmente fue un fallo de la página intermediaria, que aseguraban no tener conocimiento del supuesto fallo de disponibilidad ni del cambio de reserva hecho por el propio hotel, pero los que salimos malparados fuimos nosotros. Lo que sí sé es que la habitación que nos dieron debía ser la que quedaba libre y desde el hotel la ofrecían a un precio superior (cuando se tiene solo 4 habitaciones, supongo que ocurren estas cosas). El hotel es muy bonito, pero reconozco que mi experiencia fue nefasta, nada que ver con el estupendo trato del hotel al que fuimos después, en Santa Cruz de Tenerife, también de 5 estrellas (merecidas).
