"Pool gate didn't lock and was accessible from street, pool was dirty, pool cleaner arrived before we had anytime at the pool and said we couldn't get in for half an hour after he was done, said there was a lot of chlorine and to shower very well afterwards, hotel room door didn't close properly so when I went back after sitting at the pool my door pushed open without using a key, decided to leave property, manager would not refund me. I was very unhappy with the condition of the property and lack of the customer service. I am attempting to charge back w my bank. The only reason I booked a hotel was to use a pool w my son, and I couldn't do that."

"The hotel is under construction. I woke up to guys working outside my window. The air conditioning didn't work, so it was hard to sleep in the first place. It smelled of dust and I could see dirt and dust inside the return air duct as it did not have a filter. There was a second return which was odd but it was a two room suite and that filter was filthy. Once construction is done and if they clean the duct this place will be fine but I was annoyed that there was no mention of the construction. "

"The staff were extremely polite. It was a decent room to sleep in a nice neighborhood. It definitely needs some renovations but for the price I would stay again. Sometimes staff courtesy means more and I appreciate that from the gentleman at the front desk! He was very helpful, kind, and attentive! "

"Yeah you can see a decent ocean view just over the freeway. Not big but still decent view. 7min drive to the pier bowl. Surfing donuts across the street is good and sanchos tacos down the road also good. Room has roku tv."
