「位置很好，去大教堂、梵蒂冈都不远，距圣天使堡也很近。闹中取静。酒店对面有个小食品店，买饮料很方便」

「Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.」

「The property was gorgeous. The courtyard was charming and the suite was absolutely perfect. Located minutes from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish steps, as well as the Villa Borghese and it's beautiful gardens provided much to see and do, and the taxi stand at Piazza del Popoloade it easy to get anywhere! Would go back happily!」

「雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險」

「屋內還算乾淨，但洗澡淋浴機乎只有出熱水沒有冷水，燙到沒辦法洗，水很小，兩間房都一樣。」

「HiSuite Rome was very nice. PROs: check-in was a breeze/staff was very nice, historic building in a wonderful area, very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants close by, everything we needed was provided with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an eat-in kitchen/dining area with all the utensils provided, convenient to all areas of the city/attractions, check-out was easy and fast CONs: 2 of the 3 a/c units stopped working on our last night, the outside was a bit noisy a few times at...

「分配到的房型似乎跟我原本預定的有點出入，但住處離地鐵站很近，入住前屋主有email聯絡，所以即使我們抵達的時間較晚，沒有人安排check in，但入住過程一切順利。唯一不解的是，屋主額外收了我們35歐元的清潔費，原本訂房時沒有註明有這筆費用。」

「The bathrooms need repair and updating. The shower is very small and hard to use. The bathroom with bathtub, water pours on the floor and is a mess. Some of the door hinges make a lot of noise and need maintenance. The coffee maker and toaster are very small for 7 people who were in my group 」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. 」

「The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.」

「住宿價格非常的便宜，飯店接待人員雖然對英文的支援度並沒有那麼高，但是可以感受到他們的用心。比較在意的是Check in後不知道為什麼得要將護照留在櫃台處，多少有點不舒服的感覺，以及房間沒有提供沐浴乳與洗髮精等，但如果你是省錢第一的旅者，這會是你的好選擇，當然這是一家無法用大眾交通到達的住宿地，建議你是自駕旅遊者。」

「入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。」
