「Convenient centro location. Property was clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable and relatively quiet. Everything worked. That said, TV froze a lot using YouTube. The Alexa vocal controls for lighting and climate were awkward so I just used physical/handheld controls. Lots of ghost lighting at night from various devices. There is no floor lip/rim to shower; despite my best efforts water spread to center of bathroom and around toilet base. I had to use floormat to wipe up excess water...

「We love to stay at this hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in centro within easy walking distance of the river, the pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, too. 」
