Nice place

The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Items that need attention, the room TV was never fixed, and the exercise equipment was actually unsafe to ride due to mechanical issues. Outside of that, it was great.

Check in was very disappointing. The didn’t give you your room until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready. They wanted to charge more for an early check in. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait for 15 minutes for nothing! Other hotels will allow you to check in if the room is ready when you arrive.

La actitud de todo el personal fue excelente. El desayuno bufete estuvo delicioso y de buen precio. Disfruté el descanso y la comodidad de estar en el Centro de Orizaba con estacionamiento y sin sufrir del ruido. Mi apreciación es que, al ser un hotel de bastantes años, las habitaciones no están en las mejores condiciones. El pasador de la puerta (adicional a la chapa) ya estaba suelto; la unidad de aire acondicionado es muy pequeña para el tamaño y altura de la habitación; la regadera "silva" mientras suministra el agua. Aún así, estoy dispuesto a volver a hospedarme aquí.

La habitaciones viejas. No sirve el aire acondicionado. El desayuno malísimo. Servido muy tarde. No saben controlar a los huéspedes. Tomando alcohol y niños jugando afuera de mi habitación . Con mesas llenas de borrachos a tres metros de mi ventana la una de la madrugada En recepción no saben resolver los problemas El mobiliario viejo. Feo No había trabajado con Expedía. Y ya me di cuenta que las fotos y los servicios que recomiendan son pésimos. No vuelvo a trabajar con ustedes
