After the A/C vents were serviced, I started seeing roaches in the room. The serviceman carried a mop from room to room and it probably brought roaches into my room. Or it could have been from using the laundry facilities. Some staff like the assistant manager is very angry all the time. The manger seems friendly but he abuses his authority by trying to enter guests’ rooms and then denies.

Room smelled of either old smoke or marijuana - I arrived too late and too tired to complain or move. I was running late at check and tried to call to check out over the phone and couldn’t reach anyone. The general assistance customer service was very kind and waited on the phone until connected and was surprised herself at the rude and short response of the on site staff.

It was a disgusting place to stay the walls had chipped paint..the carpet in the corridors was nasty and dirty.. the grab and go breakfast was terrible. I even witnessed a staff member ridicule a customer. I gave it 2 stars because one staff named Jelly was nice

The room was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only two gripes I have is the elevators were out of order so my pregnant wife had to climb all the way to the 4th floor whenever we needed to go out, and there really was no continental breakfast, other than that, loved this stay!!

La habitacion olia a cigarro. Y nos dieron un cuarto con una sola cama cuando yo pague por una doble y cuando fui a pedir un cambio me dijeron que no habia y me daban un reembolso. This hotel was unable to make keys for the room. They ran out, the elevator was shut down by the fire department , there was rat poop in the chair, old liquid in in the fridge from previous people, the clerk said they had a problem with housekeeping because of ICE? They had only 2 was cloths and hand towels no body towels. And no one cares, Expedia has done nothing

I would never stay here again. I was only in the room long enough to shower and found roaches in the bathroom. On top of that, there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The only positive experience was going downstairs to request and receive a refund without issues.

The elevator was not working and it was a hassle going up and down the stairs with the stuff. Staff was nice. The breakfast was okay only thing offered were muffins and oatmeal, no coffee. Also, if you're planning on showering once getting there make sure you check to see if you have any shampoo, if not you have to go all the way down to reception to ask for some.
