It was very pleasant stay - well equipped apartment, nice and clean pool, very good value for money. The only two negatives - fairly small bed for two adults (1.4m bright) and little cleaning for a stay of 8 nights.

Well Located would stay again

This is a well positioned set of apartments, ideal for going to the yumbo centre or to the beach. Three of us stayed very comfortably for 7 days in the apartments. If we had feedback it would be the lack of mirrors (two in the apartment and not in ideal locations), iron broke in the room and the fan system is a little difficult to work out. Overall good value for money and would happily stay there again.

Cozy little apartment hotel

The hotel is great considering the price we paid. Very very helpful staff, nice apartments and the pool area is nice and always sunbeds available. The best thing about the hotel is definitely Diego and his bar/restaurant! Such nice atmosphere and music at his bar 😎 We loved the palm trees outside our balcony. Close to the beach! There is no air conditioning but fans in the rooms.

A little too warm but overall nice get away

Friendly welcome and clean and tidy The rooms were fresh Biggest negative was no air conditioning in 35-40 degrees made for terrible sleep - friends were sleeping on the balcony at times due to the heat. The pool and pool area was nice - although the lifeguard needs to chill a bit - we were told off for throwing a ball between two adults. The poolside cafe was great - tasty food, tasty drinks and splendid service.

Great location, beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centre all close by. Very comfortable and spacious ground floor apartment. Well equipped and cleaned regularly during our stay. Had a lot of small ants in the room, crawling on the counters and cockroaches on a couple of occasions. Pool was great and the bar there too. bar is supposed to be open except on Wednesdays, but unfortunately it did not open on the last 2 days of our stay on Friday and Saturday. Building work on one of the apartments during our stay was very noisy

It’s an apartment hotel. Go in with very low expectations with anything related to customer service. Cleaning rarely occurs. Towels are replaced only once and don’t even try asking for additional towels. The man at the reception desk would rather be looking at his screen than even address customers. The only words spoken, “we don’t offer towels”. Buy your own towels and cleaning supplies. The location is great. The pool ia great. If all you want to do is sleep at a place, this is your location.

Nice apartments in a great location.

Very clean apartments with regular cleaning service. Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good facilities in the apartment. Nice pool side bar and restaurant. Only downside is that the kids pool is not heated. Supermarkets (x3) within a few mins walk. Yumbo centre and beach a few mins walk.

Die Anlage als solches und die Apartments waren sauber. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Rezeption 24h und dadurch Wachschutz. Zimmer geräumig, Betten gut. Einzig die kleinen Miniameisen im Küchenblock waren so naja. Dafür stand dann wohl die XXL-Spraydose gegen Insekten unter der Spüle. Im Außenbreich zwei mal Kakalaken Sichtung (wegen der Palmen). Die Umgebung wie zu erwarten ein Apartmentblock neben dem anderen. Der Strand von Maspalomas und die Dünen sind schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Wenn man weiss worauf man sich einlässt mit der Playa del Ingles dann ist man im Walhalla gut aufgehoben. Not Adults and Gays only, internationales Sprachengemisch. Wir hatten mit drei Personen, davon eine Schwanger, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der over tourismen ist deutlich spürbar und nicht von allen geliebt..

Mye som er bra men rengjøring må bli bedre

Leilighets hotellet ser veldig flott ut både utenifra og innenifra, ligger bra plassert i forhold til solen, så solen har du fra morgen og langt utover kveld. Framsiden har du basseng og en minibar og dette ligger mot stranden så du får sol så og si hele dagen. Området er også flott opparbeidet med palmer. Beliggenheten til leilighets hotellet er veldig bra da det ligger langs en lite traffikert gatevei, gateveien har du rett utenfor hotellet som er et par meter bred, så man føler seg ganske trygg med å gå i dette området. Går du nedover veien så kommer du rett til resturantene med stranden. Om du går andre veien så har du subway, the red cow og en stor matvare butikk som ligger rett med veien, butikken ser ut som en liten butikk utenifra. Men når du går inn der så har dem alt. Om du også går enda litt lenger opp bakken også til venstre og rett frem så ser du yumbo shopping center. Tipp topp med beliggenhet og lyse og fine rom, bassenget er også av grei størrelse. Når det gjelder renslighet så var det ikke bra i det hele tatt, når vi fikk rommet så lå det støv og hår på gulvet, det var gule flekker på puten min og ting var generelt skittent. Så her har dem noe dem må bli bedre på, hadde dette blitt bedre så ville jeg tatt turen igjen. Aircondition har dem ikke, så her er det vifter i taket, hadde vært bedre med ac. Rommene er også dårlig isolert, så man hører folk i gangene. Men var stort sett en rolig plass. Også positivt at ballspill ikke er lov i bassenget
