「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. 「机场shuttle过去只要5分钟，但步行非常不方便。我们每次想去downtown只能电话约shuttle来接至机场然后乘metro过去。一般情况下shuttle都会比较快，只有一次可能在外面，要求我们等待一个小时，所以还是有些不方便的。」
