「Water heater is not working, no refrigerator in room, no microwave 」

「The resort old and dirty.Bad customer service. The toilet wasnt working properly.」

「Even with the address, had difficult time locating the house. Mosquitoes in house. No running water for 12 hours. 」

「Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great. Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning . Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers. 」

「DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! 」

「We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund.」

Not only was the room available on short notice, but the parking and property location were convenient, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food offered at the restaurant and bar were top notch! Next time I stay in the Subic Bay area I will definitely stay at Palm Tree Resort. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Olongapo or Subic Bay area!」
