Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Great hotel and service. Everyone works hard to accommodate and keep you happy. I was sick in bed with the stomach flu, and the staff brought me breakfast and whatever I needed from the local market.
