"This was an amazing place. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious with incredible views of the mountains and the lake. Exploration guides are knowledgeable, and the hotel really works hard on creating truly personalized experiences for hiking and horseback riding. The food was superb with unique and delicious dishes. We loved the entire experience and plan to come back soon to another Explora. "

"We had a perfect stay at Morrena Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with Torres Del Paine recommendations, and the location is so picturesque (and only a 5min drive to the entrance of the national park). Everything was so clean and well maintained. The food was absolutely excellent with the chef going above and beyond to cater for dietary requirements. Cannot recommend enough! "

"Great place to stay at while visiting Torres del Paine NP. Can’t beat the view! Good food served for breakfast and dinner. Maybe a small fridge would be necessary in the room, at least for the summer days. "

"I paid directly through Expedia in full and they attempted to charge the full amount to my credit card I had given for security as well. Why would they attempt to charge the full amount of my stay AFTER I’ve left? It was obviously already paid for in full weeks prior upon my arrival or why would they have let me check in ……Also please take note that there is NO WIFI. No way to contact your loved ones. The view is non existent from the property. I was extremely disappointed, I spent $900 and the yoga class was supposed to be an hour, it was barely 30 minutes. "
