"We stayed two nights and we were informed that we would not get bed make-up or clean towels unless we request it. That's all fine and good but we should have been informed of that at check-in. For what we payed I don't it is too much to ask to have your bed made and fresh towels. Some kind of notice ..."

"Front desk was rude and non welcoming. My room was dirty. Blood stains on the bathtub side. No wash cloths were provided, bed squeaked and were very lumpy. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. Boy things have changed in the last 6 months. Do better!"
