I attempted numerous times to call reception and they never picked up. I finally went down to reception and no one was there. Most importantly they did not have breakfast either. All they had was bagels and coffee that did not taste the best. I do recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again. "

"We arrived around midnight after a 14 hour day, unpacked a few things, to then have a broken TV, a microwave that didn’t work while it was plugged in the same outlet as the TV, and the room hotel didn’t work either so I needed to call from my cell phone to reach the front desk. The staff was hesitant to switch our room at first but due to all the things that didn’t work, we switched in the end and all was well. "
