Showed up for check in that took almost an hour only to find the room had not had maid service from the prior visitors. No more rooms and since we did not book through them directly there was nothing they could do

Gave this place another try to see if the poor service on my first visit was a fluke. The facility itself is nice because it's NEW. But...... very poor management. They are just not on top of stuff. Their coffee area was hit and miss. Some days it was there, other days nothing. One person was ahead of me to check-in, and had been waiting for 15 minutes for anyone to show up behind the desk. I went and called HQ at their phone while at least 5 other groups filed in. Someone shows up and says she was 'helping' housekeeping??? You don't carry a phone or someway to communicate with people waiting in the lobby? When your job is in the lobby and it's check-in time?? The check-in kiosk in the very front lobby was out of order every time I tried to use it. Just poorly run is all I can say! The 4th floor was reeking of marijuana and loud music. One bright spot....Starbucks is across the parking lot.

Check-in is at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm after skiing for 3 hours and driving for 3 hours. No one is at the desk. The room was NOT ready. I was exhausted!! I am 71 y.o. Drug all my luggage, food etc in by hand as no one could find the baggage cart. All staff was stretched VERY thin. Room is advertised as a stocked kitchen. No dishsoap, no paper towels, no pans. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups and 2 glasses. Good thing I brought my own silverware and dish towel. Had to purchase my own items to use kitchen.

Back and side doors broken only entrance was front door. The room we had been given had not been cleaned. Waited 1.5 hours (I have proof) for the clerk and so called mgmt. to find us a different room only to discover it had no shower curtain and the trash hadn't been emptied. Our keys didn't even work the next day upon our return. The blind was as dross trying to keep the daylight out, and you can hear and feel every foot step and door shut in the place. We only had one event with the dog barking next door. I did like the size of the tv but the channel selection was pathetic. We could not get a single extra towel unless we brought one down to exchange, and I could go on and on, not to mention only a single elevator and the lack of help the over work clerk could have used. The one thing that bothers me the most is having to wait so long for a room, having to journey around the building several times to bring our possessions and our travel agency says mgmt will not communicate with them.

I hardly ever leave reviews but our experience was so bad I felt the need too. As soon as we got there and tried to check in it was very disorganized and felt like nobody knew what they were doing. They said they needed to “quickly wipe down the room” which was very off putting and then when we got to the room the bathroom was filthy with a dirty towel and dried up ranch on the counter in the room. Terrible experience and would not go back.

The hotel is clean, but it seems like a place a divorced dad would live or something. Not a get away or place to relax. Walls super thin, people in and out slamming doors all night. one idiot playing his guitar next door at 2 am. Get what you pay for. Never do that again.

The back door is still inoperable on its third week. No soap in the vending machines for washing clothes, and our key card didn’t work three times in two days. Employees are great! Property is great, but need more staffing.
