It's obvious that the owner doesn't care for proper repairs and maintenance or updating the mustiness witing the hotel. We learned from staff that herefuses to provide sufficient air conditioning in the 'cafe' area used for guests and working staff. Troverete una camera nuova e pulitissima con una bella doccia spaziosa e l'aria condizionata, al piano terra una cucina con tutto il necessario per soddisfare ogni necessità, poi nel giardino c'è un BBQ e una piscina con vista sulle colline Abruzzesi. 「It's a good hotel to stop overnight if you are on the road. There's not much around it, and getting to places (e.g. restaurants) requires a car. But the property is clean and beds were comfortable.」

「The property was very lovely, and the room was wonderful! They had the wood ready for the fireplace each night. Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the Cantina were lovely. We were there when restaurant wasn't open, so that was a disappointment, and the town was pretty deserted. However, it was so pretty that we would return to the area, and stay here again.」
