The service was amazing. Roberto and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. Hotel is in a cool section of the old town of Sulmona. Breakfast was exceptional too. Comfortable bed as well. We thoroughly recommend Stella CasaBona

What a great stay. The staff were very helpful making us comfortable and even helped me get my car parked in the close by parking lot. The breakfast was excellent and I really appreciated they could speak English and was full of tips to make our stay great. They really take pride in there b&b.

This property was in a great location in Sulmona Italy. The room was fantastic! Breakfast excellent with a choice of a traditional Italian breakfast (coffee, fruit, danish and juice) or eggs, ham, coffee, juice and fruit. Great town to walk around in and the hotel was central to the center. We loved it and wished for more time!

We stayed at Stella Casa Bono while we looked around at areas in Abruzzo for a possible holiday house. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. We stayed in the junior suite with the balcony, clean, comfortable, and easy to get around the historic area of Sulmona. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and lots of help while we were there. I would strongly recommend this bed-and-breakfast.

Difficult to know where to start ! Awesome location, fabulous room great breakfast and terrific service. I have run out of superlatives. Roberto and Giuseppe were extremely good and informative, pretty much the Sulmona Tourist office. Would visit Sulmona again just to stay here.

A perfect family-owned hotel

Our two-night stay in Sulmona could not have been better. This six-room hotel, run by two brothers, is modern, clean, convenient to the center, and comfortable (great bed). Breakfast will fit any diet. Heat is more than ample. We asked them to recommend a driver to could take us into the mountains for c. 4 hours, and one of the brothers volunteered for a very fair price. Recommended without qualification.

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay. They were kind, helpful and genuinely did anything and everything to make our stay spectacular. So enjoyed the well kept secret of Sulmona!! If you are in the area or perhaps not, it is worth the diversion to truly feel the vibe of a smaller Italian town; highly recommend!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nicely appointed, with a charming view of the ancient street. The breakfast buffet was ample, with a wide variety of delicious food. The in-house restaurant also served good lunches of local cuisine. The only drawback was the lack of storage space in the room for clothing.

Great small hotel in great location

Great place to spend a few days to experience a lovely historical town "off the beaten track". Perfect location. Owner managers were extremely helpful - I had a problem with my iPad - offered to take me to repair shop but I had commitment so offered to do so for me - no charge. Very comfortable room.

Excellent simple hotel, in very good central location. Run by two brothers, who were extremely helpful, spoke reasonably good English and generally made a difficult trip, (family reasons), a pleasure and at a very decent price.
