「Needs to be completely updated, carpets are stained and dirty. Beds show to be old with depressions from over use. Rooms where dark, lighting was old. They did come in and clean every other day, change out towels. Old school locks with regular metal keys. Asked about an ice maker I was pointed to the fridge there personal one. It didnt produce much ice. Great water pressure warter stayed hot. Unfortunately I will not be going back.」

「Stated it was a deluxe king suite with Golf view..no golf course anywhere. Staff could barely speak English and killed a roach in the bathroom. Really feel like I should get a refund for misrepresentation!! Worst experience traveling」

「I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet.」
