Our room wasn’t ready when we got there but was ready within 30 mins but that could be attributed to the fact that I had to bring the 4 legged baby at the last min and we needed a room to accommodate him as well. We were supposed to have breakfast but were never told when and where. The pool wasn’t in service at the time probably due to the time of year. Our room on the other hand was great, it was clean free of bugs and in the shower there was body wash and shampoo and next to the sink was soap and lotion. Overall my stay was good but would recommend a book stating check in and check out procedures and local menus also a few local attractions if any. The staff were courteous and attentive. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the pool and breakfast both of which would have made my reason for being there a little lighter.

Very clean hotel

Our room was very clean and in very good condition. The breakfast was basic, but the room was clean. There is no shopping within walking distance and only one restaurant (Mexican food), which was next door, but the food was mediocre.

Good little motel

It's the only motel in Ellsworth so really there's no choice where to stay but it was very clean and the owners are very pleasant and accommodating. The showers are not all that great but doable. It is quiet which is good for me as I work night shift and sleep during the day.

We were in the area for a wedding so I had to stay here fir a night. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The bottom if the tub was dirty and there was used soap in the shower.

For a small motel they are a top notch place.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and perfectly kept. We checked in late and the clerk was very helpful and professional. The property is well cared for. At checkout they were friendly and welcomed us back. It was a pleasant experience. I would commend them.

I originally scheduled my reservations thru Online. I needed to cancel my second nights stay. I contacted the online customer service and they advised me to contact the property direct, since I would be paying direct to the property. So I called and canceled the second night. Then a couple days later I was able to stay both Friday and Saturday, so I called the property and requested my reservations be updated to 2 nights, but I would only need one bed, not two. They agreed. But when I got there I was placed in a room with 2 queen beds. I attempted to explain I had scheduled for a room with 1 queen bed, they pretended not to understand, as English is not their first language.

I went to Ellsworth to meet a “long lost” cousin and needed a place to stay where my 95 pound pup would be welcome. The town is the middle point between our homes, each of us driving several hundred miles. The motel is modest and in a rural area 8 miles from I-70 if you are heading East, and 11 miles heading West. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. He gave me a room that was close to an area where I could walk the dog. It was a reasonable price for the room and the pet fee. The remodeling that is been done was nice and everything was clean. I was happy about how quiet the room was, even with big rig trucks and a railroad close by. Being a Sunday afternoon, the steakhouse next door was closed, but the Mexican restaurant was open, and the service and food was good. Decide there is colorful and fun. Seats of the booths need repair, but they were comfortable. Around 5 am, I had packed up and thought I had everything, but realized I had left an important item in the room, but, as was my habit, I left the room key on the dresser. I had to go to the office to get a duplicate made. The woman was so very kind about it. Overall, my brief stay met all my needs and I had a good stay. I would stay here again if I go back to the area.

The did not appear to have any single rooms with two beds. No soda/ice machines that we saw. Room was ok. Sink faucet was very hard to use. Fan in bathroom had no individual control and was very loud. Maid opened door w/o even knocking.
