「Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!」

「We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. 「We had a very pleasant stay overall. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, towels changed daily, with a spacious room that was comfortable and, great AC. The pool area was lovely and spotless, and the sunsets from the property were beautiful. Loved the tree lined driveway.
