「Without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Palazzo is stunning and Alfonso, Francesca, Matteo and all the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was exemplary. From the moment of arrival with a welcome cool towel and fresh juice to collecting our car from the car park and packing it for us, they made us feel very special and welcome. I was even given a delicious piece of still warm chocolate cake whilst sitting reading my book. Perfecto!...

The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance 」

「O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...
