「This is easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had three rooms and none of them had working AC, we booked king beds suites and all the rooms had twin beds pushed together. The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge. 「Ockenden manor was beautiful and staff very accommodating and friendly. We were also upgraded at check in which was a nice surprise. The room was beautifully designed, and bathroom and bedding were clean, although we did find two pieces of rubbish left behind by a previous guest in the room.
