「The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift. 」

「Un luogo unico ed indimenticabile, tutto lo staff della masseria ci ha fatto sentire a casa., e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica anche grazie a loro. Proprietà molto suggestiva e tranquilla, Ostuni è molto vicina per andare a cena, mare a 10 minuti di macchina. Colazioni ricche e molto buoni, dove si poteva trovare di tutto, tra dolce e salato.」

Lecce is beautiful and having a place easily accessible so we could walk about and explore and then rest in such a beautiful space, we couldn't be more grateful! 「O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...

「Wat een fantastisch verblijf! De accommodatie is prachtig en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, met mooie, comfortabele kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk om in te ontspannen. Maar wat dit verblijf écht bijzonder maakt, is het ongelooflijk vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. 「What we loved about Villa Anna: The Staff: We had some trouble finding out when we would arrive. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful. As important, we took an Uber into Brindisi and then couldn't get an Uber back that evening. Despite it being 5 minutes before closing for the desk, the Villa Anna staff arranged for a taxi to come get us (and it was less than the Uber). We would have...

「Could not connect to the Internet or TV , reached out to the property and response was "thats odd, sorry" did not even sttempt to fix. Rooms are far from luxurious bit they sre clean and close to Centro. Would not stay again」
