「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

「This property was in a very convenient location for our trip. Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice too. My only complaint is that all of these hotels should have comfort height toilets in EVERY room!! These happened to be some of the shortest ones ever and it’s not pleasant for tall or older people and especially ridiculous for tall/old people. 😂😂😂」

「Checked in late. The women at the desk was friendly, the room was clean. No coffe pot, but they kept coffe available 24 hours, which is much nicer in my opinion. But the staff at night was the best part」
