A lovely surprise. Located in downtown McMinnville. Winery tasting rooms, restaurants, shops nearby.The bed was oh so comfortable.

Great location

Very nice location and updated studios in the heart of McMinnville. Enjoyed the tasting room downstairs with the coupon in the room. Excellent restaurants within easy walking. Stayed on back side might be a little quieter than front.

I had a wonderful second stay at the Douglas on Third Hotel. The location is perfect and incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. I did like the area very much and how close it was to shops, wine bars and restaurants I didn't like the size of the showers, way to small and cramped. Like being in an RV and the fact there was also no closet space

A great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apt. was clean and comfortable with much-needed a/c, and nicely located downtown. Great restaurants, nice shops, and winery tasting rooms were all within walking distance. We look forward to staying there again the next time we are in McMinnville!

Great location in center of town. Building and facility is getting a little dated but its also part of the charm because of the history. Shower in tub is a bit cramped. And there is no staff on property most the time but we didnt have an issue.

The entry of the building (can’t call it a lobby as there is none) smells funky and musty like some old buildings do - not a great first impression. There is no actual staff present which I found odd. No workout facility. Room however was clean and comfortable.

This is such a great spot right on 3rd. Close and walkable to so much good food. Smelling fresh donuts from downstairs in the morning is a plus. The property manager was super responsive when I emailed for check-in instructions. Then being welcomed with a lovely room, restaurant recommendations, and free wine tasting was a super bonus. We were very comfortable and looking forward to staying at the Douglas again next time we visit.
