"We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times and plan to return next year. The staff including all services we know by name. We feel like we are family . They make us feel special. We made new friends again this year. We will miss Cleophas greatly when he retires. The hotel is always clean, there are plenty of food choices, the activities are varied , the employees are always the reason we come back and never consider any other hotels."
"I have stayed at Hotel Emporio many times and it is the superb service and attention by the staff that warrants my return to the hotel. From the bellboys and reception, to the maid service and the restaurant and pool area workers, everybody is always smiling and offering their assistance with anything that I may need or want. This serves to make my vacation stay absolutely wonderful. I particularly enjoy eating a breakfast with a beautiful view of the ocean and eating a fish or seafood dinner on the terrace of the Arrecife restaurant and admiring the starlit sky and relaxing in the tranquility of the evening. Although these highlights were somewhat interrupted, for me and the other guests, by the closure of the main buffet restaurant for two days, the staff was amazing and is to be commended in their flexibility and resilience in dealing with the uncomfortable and inconvenient situation of the restaurant painting. "
"Great place for the price. Breathtaking views from the ocean view room. Lots of amenities and great food. Our favorite was the mexican restaurant for dinner and the cevicheria during the day, tacos in the evening. The bartender Lorenzo was super friendly and served us delicious drinks, he always made sure that they tasted exactly like we wanted. You can order drinks at the beach as well, they just down serve food (only downside for me). Plenty of umbrellas and chairs at the beach, the beach is super clean! No seagrass what so ever. The other thing I enjoyed was that they have nortenos that you can hire on the beach and a flying kite parachute . Very cool experience over all. If you want to buy soveneirs there is a small market off the strip nearby."
