「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「Room was very clean along with building facilities. Staff pleasant, with someone always at the front desk and can speak multiple languages, English as well. Even with the shared washroom option chosen, there was always two available shower/washrooms so never had to wait. Microwave+ kettles available, along with clean mini fridge in room. Surrounding roads are going under massive construction, which is only an issue if you are driving. 」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. 」

「The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended. 」

「The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall...

「Amo ficar neste hotel pela localização, fica tudo perto. Muito próximo do Port Viel e das Hamblas e do mercado Lá Bocheria. A simpatia e a presteza dos atendentes da recepção é algo que preciso destacar. 100%. O café da manhã é sensacional. Como um bistro.」

「Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. 」
