"Fabulous location and everything you need in a high standard hotel. Pool may be a little too small but perfect for children. Gym is small but open 24 hours. Overall an excellent choice for getting around Naha."

"We booked a club room with lounge access which was a lifesaver during Typhoon Dolphin where we were trapped for 2 full days inside the hotel. Food variety and drinks were plenty and of good quality. Only caveat is, when you stay over a week in the same hotel, the lounge food is the same day by day, no changes or other choice at all which gets boring. Besides the monotonous daily same choices, hotel is clean, staff are really nice and polite and everything is clean! We would come back again."

"Location is very good. Close to station, bus stop, convenience store and tourist district. Hotel was dated and air in the room was pretty bad until we rented air purifier. They have limited amount, so make sure to reserve it in advance if you book this hotel. Staff was all nice and helpful."

"I normally like giving 5 stars but I subtract one because the staff did their job, followed their rules but didn’t seem available for anything beyond that. Personally, I’d subtract a star just for the fact there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. To me, this is standard and the effort it would take to provide so very, very low. It’s a poor decision Other than these mild complaints though, the hotel is a relative good value, in an excellent location and with large enough and quiet rooms. We enjoyed our stay there for 6 nights, loved Okinawa and were there long enough to manage around the minor shortcomings. Hotel management though, get a coffee machine!"
