「Nice breakfast! Convenient location!」

「This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights. This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation...

「早餐不错，空调噪音大。」

「Very good」

「clean, good service」

「Goog location」

「The room is quite comfortable although it is a bit small. The hotel is very close to China Town and is at walking distance to the seaside. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. I think its price is reasonable.」

「front desk was terrible」

「The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center and Chinatown. Breakfast is provided. The room is very spacious, although the lighting is a bit dim. The kitchenette is quite basic, with only a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator.」

「perfect hotel in Montreal」

「Soundproof a bit poor.」
