「The A/C could have been better in the room」

「My room was clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. The main areas were also very clean. I would stay there again」

「J’ai apprécié l’espace dans la chambre et le confort des lits. Toutefois, je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de savon pour les mains, ni de savon pour laver la vaisselle et aucun bol. De plus, l’odeur des divans étaient désagréables, la toile étais déchirée et les fenêtres étaient moisies et ont besoin d’être remplacées.」

「Room was clean upon arrival. Room was NOT cleaned once during our stay (we were there for 7 days!). I had to ask for clean towels at front desk. Cleaning staff was rude. All employees I dealt with at front desk were helpful and welcoming. :). Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee and food was always “stocked”. Staff kept the room very clean and welcoming. :). Parking was convenient and accessible to room until large group of guests were allowed to take over parking lot drinking and...

「Hôtel is definitely really dated. Our first room had a noisy AC and the fire alarm was beeping. We got a 2nd room which was near construction so it was quite noisy. I needed to relax post-op so it was a no go. We were moved to a 3rd room that finally was a good fit. The staff was really great and the included breakfast was excellent. (Included for a limited time to my understanding). EV charging was a nice plus!」
