at the check-in the asked to pay the full amount again telling me that the payment didn't go through until i showed them my bank account transaction on my phone and the payment confirmation from expedia, and at the checkout they asked to pay for the breakfast that i already payed for at check-in . room was fine but dirty, towels were old , not even one bottle of water in the room and only one coffee capsule for two adults and one child in the Suite,1Queen Bed with Sofa bed .

Late night arrival

Arrived _very_ late (after midnight) after multiple Eurostar cancellations along with two other people, and the wonderful young woman on night duty looked after us so well, sitting us in the bar while she prepared the rooms, and so friendly and cheerful too. She deserves six starts out of five!

No air conditioning in the rooms yet as is to early they said but outside is 29 degrees. Always the same issue in this place. They locked the climate control in the rooms and you as a guest paying don’t have access to control the temperature. Nice place but when comes to heat or cooling rooms they are very uncomfortable.

Was een goed verblijf. Super te bereiken vanaf de snel weg. En er naast verschillende restaurants voor het diner. Ik miste wel wat diner: een fles water op de kamer is gewoon makkelijk dat die er staat. Qua ontbijt was oké maar ook daar miste ik wel echt wat dingen; gewoon water, fruit voor in de yoghurt en muesli of granola of iets. Thee was ook enorm beperkt. De broodjes waren heerlijk. Ontbijt zou ik als dingen worden toegevoegd volgende keer weer nemen.

La chambre était confortable pour une famille de 2 enfants, ces derniers avaient chacun leur lit, très apprécié. L'espace piscine était agréable, mais le spa était non fonctionnel, décevant. Le plancher de la douche était brisé ( chambre 312), on avait peur que ça défonce. Le directeur de l'hôtel, très sympathique, nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la région.

Hôtel médiocre

Hôtel vieillissant. Pas de prise en compte de ma demande, moquette qui sent les pieds, pas de savon dans la douche.... Même pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. A 15 kilomètres de Roissy. Pas cher mais vaut pas plus.

Hotel à l’abandon ?

Propreté douteuse dans la chambre. Une vraie decharge aux abords de la piscine pendant toute la journée. Service dépassé et manque de compréhension à nos attentes. Jacuzzy a peine utilisable (1 seul mode sur 3 disponible). Sauna en panne. Heureusement qu’on en a pas eu pour trop cher et que ce n’etait qu’une nuit.

Accueil Ko - Pas de sourire - Service Ko - A fuire

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Chambre pas du tout prête à mon arrivée. Après 1h d'attente je récupère enfin la chambre. J'essaie de prendre une douche pour me détendre, pas de gel douche. J'arrête tout et j'appelle la réception. La jeune femme à l'accueil me dit qu'elle arrivait et me demande de patienter. 30 minutes après personne n'arrive. Je me rhabille et je descends récuperer le gel douche moi même. Après ma douche je m'allonge pour regarder la TV. La télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Problème de piles. J'appelle à nouveau et la jeune femme me dis qu'elle arrivait mais personne n'arrive. Après une heure d'attente je descends. Elle ne s'excuse même pas et me sort des vielles piles en me disant qu'elle n'était pas sûre que ça fonctionne. La veille avant de partir je vais à la réception pour qu'ils me préparent ma facture. Je tombe à nouveau sur la jeune femme qui me dit y a pas de soucis je vous la ramène dans votre chambre. Encore une fois y a personne. Le lendemain en partant au moment du check out je perds 30 minutes pour avoir ma facture et j'arrive à mon rdv en retard. Le ménage n'a été fait pendant tout le séjour. Pas de changement de draps ni de serviettes. Cuvette des toilettes cassée. Souvent en déplacement j'ai donc l'habitude des hôtels mais là désolé c'est une catastrophe

Bra hotell 40 min unna Paris med tog. Kostet 40 euro med bolt inn til sentrum (louvre) flott bassengområde og bra frokost. I forhold til rimeligere pris er dette et veldig godt alternativ om du er i Paris mer enn 3 dager

Très bon Hotel ça fait plusieurs années que j'y réserve mes chambres il y a quand même un énorme problème, les douches pas de pression éviter par exemple la 202. Autrement rien à dire d'autre sur cette établissement sympathique

Très déçus, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles

Que dire.. seul point positif le lit, on y dort bien et le personnel était accueillant. Points négatifs : Hôtel trés sale dans l'ensemble, dans la chambres traces au plafond, sur les murs de la salle de bain, traces sur les miroirs et de la poussières sur les meubles qui ne date pas de la veille. Il y avais une réception le jour de notre arrivée, des cris toute la nuit et beaucoup de bruits. Le lendemain au petit déjeuner rien n'a etait nettoyé dans le hall ni dans la salle du PDJ, des traces collantes parterre et des miettes partout. Nous etions les premiers pourtant au PDJ... Un aspirateur traîné en dessous de la présentation des thès. Le petit déjeuné, le coté salé etait froid, le pain était racis et la brioche etait dure et immangeable. Les pots avec les confitures, le miel et le Nutella etait la depuis un moment déjà. Pour la chambre, pas de pressions d'eau dans la douche et la climatisation bloquée sur froid. Tres déçu de notre séjour, nous ne reviendrons plus.
