「Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room. 「This is such a beautiful and unique property only a short tram ride from the centre of Bordeaux, but close to the train station and local shops (Spar and Boulangeries, etc). The staff member on during the day at the front desk was amazing! Helpful, so welcoming, and made our stay. The staff overall was so kind and we enjoyed our time in Bordeaux so much as a result. 」
