"We went to use pool/ hot tub the toilet was plugged we left tried to use restroom down the hall I stepped in poop. Everytime you’d go to front desk never was a worker to be seen always a sign stepped away or buzz bell for help. Our room smelled musty the tub facet was leaking. I’m the pool area around the windows were rusted and through the metal a lot of updates are needed."
