"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My vehicle was stolen overnight from the hotel parking lot during my stay. This has caused my family significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience.
What disappointed me even more was the hotel’s attitude afterward. They showed very little concern, offered almost no assistance, and took no responsibility for helping guests deal with such a serious incident. I expected much better customer service and support.
