「Room issues where the door didn’t lock but we were quickly moved to another room.」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「Looking for a clean, friendly and safe place to stay outside of inner Paris, this is the spot for you. Great view of Sacre Coeur and a short walk to all the best sights. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home. Close to train stations to get around Paris quite easily. Would stay here again! Thanks for the great memories.」

「Location is incredible but the check in process is a bit difficult as you have to deal with the unfriendly staff at the very busy restaurant if you arrive early」
