「Stayed at the hotel as I was attending a birthday party in nearby Earls Colne. The hotel was easy to find and location to the village was excellent. Staff were so helpful from check in to check out. Was a slight issue with my room during my stay but this was sorted expeditiously by the duty manager and housekeeping. Would recommend a stay here and would certainly stay again next time I visit the area. 」

「This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. 「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」
