「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.」

「Check in was. About weird. Done at the end but strange with no actual reception. Rooms good. Location was a bit sketchy but not horrible. Last day on check out no hot water for the shower :(. 3 towels for 2 adults for 3 nights. Not great.」

「This location is perfect for visits to old Quebec and the rooms were a comfortable and welcome place to return to every evening. The kitchenette was very useful and the rooms comfortable. Loved the little courtyard, the street it was located on and the overall vibe on Old Quebec. Highly recommended.」

Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area.
