"Clean place. Overpriced though. My friend spilled a drink staff didn’t care and was unwilling to replace the drink. Attitude was like it’s not my problem. If you stay here eat outside the resort. It’s more affordable and the food is better."

"Overall, the hotel is just OK. The service is very inconsistent. On two occasions we waited over an hour and a half for food that should’ve probably taken less than a half hour. One night we waited over an hour and a half for a cheeseburger and fries. Another night I waited over an hour for truffle fries only. Most of the staff was friendly however, there were a few that were not. I was told by one of the staff members who was working at the bar closest to the beach that he was not going to “overexert himself”. He was not willing to bring us drinks and food to the area where our beac chair was although there was a sign that clearly stated that beach service for food and alcohol is from 10 AM to 3 PM and we are on the beach during those hours and not very far from the bar/restaurant. The only service that was consistent was the housekeeping. Every day our room was clean and it was immaculate. There was also a male at the reception desk That was very nice and helpful. I would love to return back to Sint Maarten but would definitely not return to this hotel."

"Since the hotel lacked a restaurant or cafeteria, the breakfast room service brought in the same products each morning. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. "

"My kids and I enjoyed our stay! We got a 1BR Deluxe Suite and our view from the balcony was beautiful! Convenient location, within walking distance (for active people) of various beaches, restaurants and activities such as Captains Rib Shack, Skip Jacks, and Lotus Night club. Shuttle service to/from the main strip and around the resort was prompt, with the exception of one time our entire stay. The room decor is a little dated, but our room was clean upon arrival. Although I declined housekeeping for the length of our stay, they were present on our floor daily. The breakfast included was decent. Staff from front desk to shuttle drivers and servers were all polite and accommodating. My kids want to give a shoutout to Mr. Mac on the shuttle! Pools were well maintained and swim up bar was a nice touch. "

"Our 2 BR ocean view suite was amazing. It was so convenient to many great bars and restaurant the beach is small but nice, plenty of chairs. The staff was friendly. It was very clean. Just 2 little things why we probably would not stay there again - it was very loud most nights and hard to sleep. Also there were a lot of kids there and basically over ran the pool and hung out at the swim up pool bar. If you have kids or are not looking for quiet, it’s a great place. "
