We had an ocean view room with a balcony. It was wonderful to be able to sit out and see the ocean! The room could use some up dates but was very functional with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker. If you are looking for a cheap stay then this should be the only reason you book here , front desk told me where the parking was for property but forgot to mention $28daily fee , yes property is on the beach but the chairs are for daily rental
