The staff members are friendly and do the best they can, but the management is either rarely present or unable to resolve the issues we experienced with our room. I wouldn't recommend any one stay here. 」

「We stayed in room 203 and it was so comfortable and cozy and clean! The AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The room was clean and well kept and smelled nice. Has a little balcony to go and get fresh air. The staff is great - LaToya and Alexia are wonderful and so friendly and helpful as is the housekeepers Joyce and Christine. I highly recommend this hotel if you want quaint and cozy and in the middle of everything which is amazing because you can walk everywhere!」
