「The property is beautiful but if it’s advertised as a beach front it would’ve been nice to know that we couldn’t swim or walk on said beach. Instead we had to book a car for $120 USD to take us to a beach that was 30 mins away. I asked for my room to be decorated for my 40th bday they said they would do it and didn’t! 「Put in the reservation/booking notes we were celebrating our baby moon and wedding anniversary and would be interested in a room upgrade. When we arrived no congratulations, acknowledgment of notes at all. When I asked about a room upgrade I was told I had to call Hilton directly which I found strange. Overall staff was pleasant, there was loud construction going on during our stay. Restaurants and pools on site were convenient. Beach not safe for toddlers/ small children.」

「I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host.
