The room was so nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the underground parking made us feel very safe. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I showed up at 1030. Got a card for my room with my family. Entered the room to find another family already sleeping in there. Went back down and was sent to a “suite”. An empty room with a beat up fridge with 2 beds in the room beside it. Thankfully we were only there for 10 hours

The location is convenient for those travelling through. I feel a $250 damage deposit is excessive by any hotel's standards. No Coffee in the am. They were empty, and I could not find any staff.
