「The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. 「Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.」
