Bed and pillows are too soft and dirty. Basically well equipped but furniture are old. Rooms are not so clean. Nice location, so much restaurants and shops nearby. Staffs are very nice.

Room was clean we were upgraded to larger apartment (10) before check in so very spacious. Stayed as family for theatre trip after Christmas, the location is very central but next to nightclubs so it was loud! This is clearly aimed at groups for clubbing, you could see some wear and tear to walls and furniture in the apartment.

The check in and out process was very efficient, good communication. The apartment was lovely and central. It was perfect for a getaway with friends. Our only complaint was the music from nearby bars on till 5am. However, this is not something the apartment has control over, and to be expected with the location.

Wouldn’t book again, but good location

The flat looked like it had been torn up. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, scuff marks and scratches on the walls, shoddy maintenance work which left horrible scratches, scuffed skirting boards. There was ONE prosecco glass and no wine glasses. Which doesn’t sound like a problem but when you arrive for a girls trip away and two people have to drink out of tumblers, it takes the fun out of it. The magnetic release on the man entrance door sometimes didn’t work. The maintenance guy came into our flat while we were out and pulled the handle off one of our bathroom doors (why were you in the bathroom?). They sent someone round to fix it and said there had been a mix up and thought we had checked out. But our coats and shoes were in the hallway so he would have seen them when he entered immediately so why then use the bathroom?! The 50% security deposit is not immediately obvious when you book so that’s a fun surprise too. Saving grace of this place is the location. Right in the middle of the bars and pubs so great for the night life but everything else, poor effort.

Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Located walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check in was a little clunky as a tenancy agreement needs to be signed and additional credit card details provided, however once that’s all done the codes to get in were promptly provided.

Good place but needs some TLC sliding door in bedroom did not lock or shut so did not feel very safe, only 1 key card for 9 people to enter room 😞 freezer was full of ice could not use it plus drawers were broken, apartment needs re decorating and good clean up on the up side it was in a good position to walk to everywhere

Recent stay

Layout was good but decor needed some touching up. No windows that could be opened so apartment stayed very warm and especially when showers were used as the steam could not escape. Location really good. Need better lighting in bedrooms around the mirros

I wish I could leave a positive review for our stay at Epic Hotels, but this experience has made it our last at any Epic property. The dishwasher didn’t work. We called Hotels.com, who tried contacting Epic twice. They finally reached Epic, who said maintenance would call us right away—but we never heard back. We spoke to a manager at the apart-hotel about it, and got a dismissive “But do you need to use it?” before they promised to contact maintenance. No follow-up. Calling the hotel? Just voicemails with no callbacks. We might have overlooked this, even with two families needing the dishwasher, but the apartment’s condition was awful: • Carpet with spots and stains • Vomit stains by the bed • Dusty and uncleaned for weeks • Missing basic utensils; we bought our own • Worn-out frying pan; had to replace it Ignoring the dishwasher and kitchen issues, the dirtiness alone ruined it. This was our second visit, hoping for better—but it was worse. Recommendation: Stay away!

Not a great stay, to many issues.

The property has sewage problems and the smell was disgusting, the power kept tripping when trying to use toaster and sofa bed was completely broken. No WIFI or cable TV in the living. No signal either. I had to contact management who took a day to respond to our request for a room change, then they moved us to a smaller room. Location is excellent but also in a very lively street with sounds from the nightclub being heard in the apartment. Windows broken and wouldn't seal. Very disappointed for the price paid. Would only recommend for people not looking to spend any time in the apartment.
