"The proximity to Disney was great. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a plus although a lot of breads. Variety of fresh fruits could have been more. Shuttle was a plus although could have had more buses in Circulation to help with busy times. Sometimes it was a 45 min wait for a bus. We actually walked the 2km after the fireworks one night. "My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would have chosen a different hotel. Guests should be clearly informed about this before booking, especially during the summer months. This...
