"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. When we noticed a small stain on the blanket, they replaced it right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was great and made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended, especially for families!"

"We loved this spot! My husband and I spent my birthday here and it was such a beautiful view in our room! We faced the Eiffel Tower. My only criticism is the rooftop bar is not worth it. Super crowded and you have to pay for VIP access to have a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Not worth the price at all. Also check in was at 2 and we arrived early there is no early check in so beware for that and plan ahead. Overall beautiful property and I would 100% come again "

"Good stay overall. However, the breakfast wasn't handle properly by the staff. Due to a massive affluence, we had to eat in a separate smaller room where the product offer was way less than the normal one despite what the waiter/manager told us."

"Not a good location. My room was not clean. The bathroom smelled sour and mildew-y and the room had a faint musty smell to it. The curtains for the window had dirt all over them. We had a 4 night stay booked with this hotel and only stayed the first night we were there. As soon as the sun came up, we were gone and booked with another hotel. I have emailed and messaged about a refund and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I will never stay at this location or any other Ibis hotel because of this nightmare."
