「I love staying here when we drive through QC」

「Overall a great hotel with excellent amenities and in a very convenient location. Staff was a bit hit or miss in terms of helpfulness, but generally good. Shower seal was leaky and a few outlets did not work but very clean and housekeeping was excellent!」

「Motel owners were very helpful. They checked us in with pleasure even at 11 pm. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Only problem in the motel was that ta water was very smelly. We had to use bottled water for brushing our teeth.」

「AVOID THIS PLACE. We stayed there for one night with our three children. When we got there, they asked for $100 more on the deposit than what the website said. Secondly, when we got to our room, we were missing a 3rd set of sheets and pillows for the extra bed. So I tried calling front desk, no answer. I used the numbers on Google to reach the office, both numbers were out of service. When I went out to the office, the lady pointed out the janitor and told me to go ask him for the bedding. I...

「Apprécié le tout en général, hôtel neuve, bon petit déjeuner, terrasse extérieurs pour manger, piscine et spa super ! Déjeuner il faudrait mettre les laits au froid pour le café, il tournait dans le café, il faudrait trie les déchets lorsqu’on va porter nos assiettes sales, tout va à la même place, est ce qu’ils compostent ? Une grosse hôtel comme celle ci et une telle chaîne il faut voir à ça … et j’aimerais avoir un retour sur mes commentaires svp, les employés ne parle pas tous français donc...
