"Very grubby, run down and outdated hotel. We booked last minute so admittedly didn’t spend long enough looking at photographs but the reviews seemed good so we booked. Each to their own, but the grubbiness of this hotel isn’t my idea of nice place to stay. Room was extremely hot at night so we had to use the very dirty fan (see photo). "Lovely pub! Stayed for a night while in the area and couldn't fault it. Food was really nice and plenty of it and good value. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was pleasant enough and quiet and clean. Pub was big with a pool table and darts and is
