「Very very bad」

「The receptionist was very incompetent. We were given a fully booked room advertised as a sea view on Expedia, but none of the rooms had a sea view. The curtains didn't close the window, and the elevator lacked two buttons for going up and down. The pool was very small, with insufficient sun loungers, and the staff were very young and inexperienced.」

「The staff was really helpful. Our initial room had problems with AC and TV and was a bit dusty but the staff moved us to another room. Kitchen staff was very nice and made the breakfast ready in minutes during our stay, food was good too although we were eating out in the city mostly. We communicated with Google translate and staff seems to be very good with it. Cats were friendly. Overall it was a great stay. :)」

「The hotel was flooded by heavy rain and the elevator was out of service and the seats were wet and the reception was also flooded and there were no guests seats to set on it at the reception during registration process not to mention that the room door locking system was not available and the two manual room keys that I had received were like the master key that opens any of the doors. Which means non secure doors.」

「Sauber, Parkplatz vorhanden freundliches Personal」

「Very dirty rooms. There was un picked garbage in the room. The fridge was totally dysfunctional. The air conditioning was not cooling to the set temperature. Breakfast service was acceptable. The parking was also ok.」

「Iyı calısanları var yemekler mukemel」

「沒有提供免費的瓶裝水，不知道是續住的關係，浴室打掃的不是乾淨，菜色每天都一樣，湯品也是。」

「不错」

「What stood out most to me about my stay at the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with Pegasus (who seem to be notorious for losing luggage - avoid). Both Cemil and Necmi kindly let me use the lobby phone and were ready to offer help if I needed any in Turkish when dealing with Pegasus (although fortunately their support was in English). I stayed there for a few days (as a friend lives nearby) and couldn't fault it. I'll be staying there again...
