「Was disappointed the front desk would not honor the $5 charge for a missing cup stated in their book in our room because they said the cost is $9.99 per the gift shelf price.
That made me decide not to go there again and I chose to leave it amicably」

「Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan」
