Breakfast option were good. Property is old/cracked/yellowed and it shows. Minimal interaction with staff and they were ok.

APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower
A clean, small, eco friendly hotel. Excellent location in Kabukicho and close to Shinjuku station. AC was cold, staff was friendly. Elevators do get full but that happens at all hotels. Allow early check in and late check outs to avoid “rush hours” on the elevators.

Great breakfast buffet. Room was clean, and large enough for three single beds, but felt a little dated. Bathroom was a self contained unit with lower ceiling height. Shower couldn't be used on full power due to the handset rotating to either the wall or shower curtain, and it was too low to stand ...
